"Local State Farm offices seem to be operating under different sets of rules and regulations. At least, that was the impression after being provided contradictory information by two different offices. The agents didn't seem to possess the knowledge and appropriate training in assisting with the policy changes. I have spoken with someone in customer relations, but no one followed up with me. Overall, I don't think that I am receiving a proper service, and it'spretty disturbing. However, this was not my experience in a state where I moved from."
